If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Bottles must be unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if you're not happy with your purchase, just contact us right away and we will provide you with details for returning the unopened bottles - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid by us.

With the WineChateau.com 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.

    • You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.

    • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

    • Return shipping is absolutely FREE.

    • You will be provided with a pre-paid FedEx domestic label to return the purchase to us.

  • Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 365-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 365 days of purchase.

Chocolate orange combines the sweetness of chocolate, much loved by the sweet-toothed Israelis and the bitterness from the zest of orange peel. Jaffa oranges, became an early symbol of Israel’s citrus industry. The combination of chocolate and orange was originally used in cooking by Sephardi Jews from Spain.The chocolate flavor is from a percolation of neutral spirit through ground roasted cocoa beans. The orange flavor is added by a maceration of Israeli grown Kumquats.Sweet chocolate liqueur with a backdrop of orange. The orange provides a hint of subtlety in contrast to the broader chocolate taste. The orange is more noticeable on the nose, whilst the chocolate comes to the fore in the mouth. Each flavor retains its character while blending harmoniously with the otherAs an after dinner liqueur; Ideal chilled or with ice; The perfect ‘gift from Israel’; Also good for cooking & cocktails or with coffee. Excellent poured over ice creamSabra was developed and introduced in 1963 by Edgar Bronfman, Sr., the head of Seagram, to be an identifiably Israeli liqueur. Its name is a term used affectionately to describe a native-born Israeli Jew, a term derived from the Hebrew name of a prickly pear cactus that grows in Israel. The original liqueur was made from this cactus fruit, but did not succeed and was quickly changed to the successful chocolate-orange product. There are now three Sabra liqueurs, all produced by Carmel Winery, and all are kosher and kosher for Passover. The newer products are Sabra Coffee liqueur, launched in 1985, and Grand Sabra, an orange-flavored brandy, launched in 2006. The Sabra bottle design is based on a 2,000-year-old Phoenician wine flask found in a Tel Aviv museum.

Superb Packing!!!

Seems to take forever to ship after order is placed, but the packing is absolutely superior. I can't remember when I have had a leakier or a broken bottle.
