91 Point Wine Enthusiast

The Paso Robles AVA delivers a classic, rich Cabernet Sauvignon with bold, concentrated flavors. Slow Press Cabernet is aged in oak barrels for 11 months, and delivers notes of dark fruits and blackberries that complement robust and velvety tannins.

This wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged in American oak barrels for 9 months. This process delivers bold, concentrated flavors of dark fruits, blackberries and cassis, with notes of tobacco and leather. Its robust structure and firm tannins grip the taste buds, leaving a velvety finish.

Slow Press wines are a tribute to the true craft of wine making. Our vintners know that great wines are worth waiting for, so they’ve slowed down the process from start to finish.

Ultimate Beverage Challenge 96 points - The nose on this whiskey has aromas of vanilla, orange zest, and freshly pulled espresso. The palate is brilliantly balanced with flavors of white chocolate, caramel, oak, and vanilla butter cookies with a warm, lingering finish. - 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge (Tried and True Award)(Chairman’s Trophy).April/2018
Whisky Advocate 92 points - Unmistakably Jameson on the nose, this is a belter of a whiskey: honey, apple, toasted coconut, creamy vanilla, and sublime pot still spiciness. This offers sweet toffee and caramel, bursting with spices, just a hint of sherry, Brazil nut, vanilla, creamy oak, and a caressing mouthfeel. A triumph that exemplifies the glories of pot still blending, and its sherry influence makes for a rich ending. Reviewed by: Jonny McCormick (Summer 2018).July/2018

Confusing

The bottles I received were not “limited reserve” bottles like what is pictured. I have a bottle of the limited reserve and wanted to replace it since it is almost empty. Not sure if the Jameson 18 year, and the Jameson 18 year limited reserve are the same contents with a new style bottle or not? Also, it won’t allow me to attach a photo.

1 out of 6 ain't bad

I ordered 6 bottles of Jameson 18 Year but only received one bottle. I was never told that was all that was available but I was charged for 6 bottles. At no time was I informed that those bottles would be on back order and I had to call to get a refund. Jameson does not make the 18 year anymore so you can't back order it. I should have been informed up front that I could only get one bottle and should never have been charged for the other five.
